The U.S. Motors Aqua-Shield ASQ225 EZ48 is a continuous-duty electric motor specifically designed for pool and spa pump applications. It delivers 2.25 THP (total horsepower) and operates at approximately 3450 RPM, providing strong and consistent performance for water circulation and filtration systems. Its single-phase, dual-voltage design (115/230V, 60Hz) ensures compatibility with most standard residential electrical installations.
This motor uses a 48Y square flange mounting, one of the most common configurations for pool pumps, allowing for easy installation or direct replacement without complex modifications.
