At Swimsly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Period
You may return products within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Products must be:
- New and unused
- In their original condition and packaging
- Complete with all accessories included
3. Non‑Returnable Items
Due to high transit costs, heaters are not eligible for return.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:

5. Shipping Costs
- Swimsly covers return shipping costs only if the damage was caused by us or the carrier.
- In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value.
- If the new item is of higher value, the customer may pay the difference.
- If the new item is of lower value, Swimsly will refund the difference.
